INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION FEES
- Rates are in Euros, excluding 22% VAT.
- Early bird deadline is July 30th,2023 (23.59h)
- The category "Regular Attendee" refers to Industry and Consultants
- The category "Academic" refers to Universities and Research Centres
- The category "Students" refers to students, trainees and Ph.d. (not including post-Doc).
- The category "Sponsor" is reserved to the delegates of the EFC 2023 sponsors.
- The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines set forth (see above).
- Payments must be received within the deadline reported in the registration form. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
- The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted.

> Lunches are included in all the fees.
> Gala Dinner is not included in the fee and it can be added to your registration using our registration form (step 5)

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Oral cancellations will not be accepted.
For cancellations before 30th, July 2023, there is a cancellation fee of 20% for each registered person. After that date, no refunds are possible.
September is very high season in Capri so we strongly recommend to book the hotel's room as early as possible, in order for you to ensure your hotel accommodation . You can find a complete list of hotels on our accommodation info page. Due to the high occupancy, the rates and availability may change the closer we get to the Conference dates so we invite you to book ASAP you room.
